Here is my step by step on how to create a pair of beaded cylinder earrings. I have found creating with beads can be very meditative and a nice way to get away for awhile and be with your own thoughts. Put on your favorite album, radio station or listen to the sounds of the birds and get things started.

Supplies:

  • Nymo Thread

  • Delica beads #11 round

  • Beading needle

  • Eye Pin or Head Pin, Stainless Steel, 1 1/2” long 24 gauge

  • Scissors

  • Adhesive

  • Needle nose pliers and wire cutters

  • Shallow bowl or plate

Step by Step:

  1. Thread the needle and double the length of the thread about an arms length long.

  2. Tie a single knot at the end of the two threads.

*Tip I leave at least an inch at the end for something to hold onto.
